유엔여성기구 성평등센터가 개최하는 "북경행동강령 30주년 너머로: 청년과 함께, 성평등을 향해"에 여러분을 초대합니다.

본 포럼에서는 북경행동강령/Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action 채택 30주년을 맞이하여 성평등 및 여성 역량 증진에 핵심적인 청년들의 역할에 대해 논의하고자 합니다. 또한, 북경행동강령과 지속가능개발목표/SDGs 이행 과정을 중심으로 성평등 달성을 위한 주요 성과와 도전 과제를 공유하고, 나아가 성평등한 사회를 꿈꾸는 아시아-태평양 지역 청년들의 혁신적인 아이디어를 선발하는 "성평등 달성을 위한 청년 공모전"의 마지막 단계를 기념할 예정입니다.

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the "Beijing+30 and Beyond: Youth Leading the Way for Gender Equality" forum, organised by the UN Women Centre of Excellence for Gender Equality.

- Time: 1:30pm-6:30pm, Thursday 24 October 2024 / followed by networking dinner
- Venue: Emerald Room, 2F Lotte Hotel / 30, Eulji-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, 04533
- Please note that attendance is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

As we approach the 30th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action/BPFA, this forum will explore how to empower youth in advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment, focusing on the implementation of the BPFA and the Sustainable Development Goals. The forum will provide an opportunity to reflect on key achievements and challenges in gender equality. It will also serve as a unique platform to celebrate the final steps of the Beijing+30 Youth Challenge: Innovations for Gender Equality where youth from Asia and the Pacific shared their innovative ideas as youth leaders in driving gender equality.
